Who we are

Ichiban Digital is a cinematic marketing studio based in Auckland, New Zealand. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you request a free Scroll-Stop Audit we collect your name, business name, Instagram handle or website, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and the service you are interested in.

If analytics are switched on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record how the site is used (pages viewed, device and approximate location) using cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare and send your audit, to reply to you, and to follow up about our services. Analytics help us improve the site and show our ads to people who have visited it.

Where it goes

Audit requests are delivered to our business email inbox by our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@ichibandigital.co.nz. If you are not happy with our response you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
